- Company Details
- We are Fusion Auto Concept trading as Furniture Clinic GCC.
- Pricing
- All prices listed on our website are accurate at the time of publication. Prices may be subject to change, and while we strive to keep them current, errors may occur. If an error is identified, we will notify you promptly, offering the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order.
- Contract of Sale
- No contract of sale will exist between you and Furniture Clinic until the goods have been dispatched. An email notification will be sent to confirm the dispatch.
- Communication
- You agree that email can be used for long-distance communication. Upon receiving the dispatch confirmation email, please verify that the order and details listed are correct and retain a copy for your records.
- Payment Processing
- Stripe processes all online payments. Furniture Clinic does not have access to your card details. You agree to the use of third-party transactions.
- Payment Details
- By placing an order online, you confirm that the payment details provided are your own. The use of another person’s card without their consent is prohibited.
- Reviews and Testimonials
- By submitting a review or testimonial, including photographs, via the website, email, or post, you grant us the right to publish it royalty-free. You acknowledge that submissions may be edited or removed as deemed appropriate.
- Liability for Reviews
- Furniture Clinic is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred because of the publication of your reviews, testimonials, or photographs.
Cancelling an Order
- Cancellation Period
- You can cancel your order up to 7 days after receiving it. To request a cancellation, please complete a Cancellation Form or notify us in writing.
- Returning Goods
- If you cancel an order, you must return the goods along with clear information detailing who they were returned to, including the order number, your name, and contact details. You are responsible for the delivery cost incurred to return the goods.
- Refunds for Faulty Products
- If a product does not perform as stated, a full refund will be offered. Furniture Clinic will decide whether the goods should be returned. If return is requested, we will cover the delivery costs.
- Incorrect Usage
- If a product does not work due to incorrect use of the wrong type of leather, you will be liable for any delivery costs incurred from cancelling or returning the order.
- Custom-Made Products
- Custom-made products, such as colour-matched items, may not be eligible for a refund. Furniture Clinic will determine the eligibility and value of any refund issued.
Refunds
- Cancellation Rights
- You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of receiving it. After this period, if you wish to return the goods for a refund, you must inform us in writing.
- Delivery Costs
- If you return a product because you no longer desire it, you may be asked to cover the delivery costs associated with returning the item. The refund amount will be determined once Furniture Clinic confirms the product is in good condition.
- Faulty Products
- If a product is faulty or does not perform as stated, you have six months to notify us and request a refund. Proof of failure may be required. The Furniture Clinic will decide whether to request the return of goods and will cover the postage if return is requested. If you send a product back without our request, you will be responsible for the postage charges.
Delivery
- Delivery Times
- Delivery times provided on the website are estimates only. We cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive within the specified timeframe.
- Delayed Delivery
- If your parcel is delayed, please inform us and we will investigate. We may request that you wait a little longer to allow for postal system delays. If a reasonable amount of time has passed and the parcel has not arrived, we may resend the items or issue a full refund.
- Replacement Items
- We reserve the right to send replacement items using an alternative delivery option if couriers have difficulty finding the address.
- Failed Delivery
- If delivery is attempted and a card is left requesting you contact the courier, please do so promptly. Couriers hold goods for a limited time before returning them to us. If the return is due to your failure to contact the courier, you may be asked to pay a re-delivery charge and a returns charge imposed by the courier.
- Contact Information
- Providing a telephone number when placing the order helps us and the courier contacts you in case of issues. Failure to provide a phone number may result in no refund for express delivery costs.
- Damaged Goods
- If any products are damaged upon delivery, please notify us for a replacement. Proof of damage, typically photographic evidence, may be required.
Colour Products
- Metamerism
- Colour changes may occur when viewed under different light sources due to metamerism. Colour reflects and absorbs light differently, causing variations in appearance. To minimize this, match colours under the same light conditions as they will be used.
- Batch Differences
- Reordering colour products may result in slight differences due to batch variations in base pigments. To ensure consistency, we recommend ordering enough initially to complete your project.
