Furniture Clinic offers complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding AED 200 within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This policy ensures that our customers can enjoy our products without incurring additional shipping costs, making it easier and more affordable to shop with us. For orders below AED 200, a nominal shipping fee of AED 20 will be applied. This allows us to maintain a high standard of service while offering competitive shipping rates for smaller orders.
Delivery Areas
We provide delivery services to all Emirates within 36-48 hours. Additionally, deliveries to remote areas are scheduled for Thursdays and Sundays. This comprehensive coverage ensures that our customers across the UAE receive their orders promptly.

Delivery Times
All the delivery will be done within 36-48 hours. Deliveries to remote areas will be made on Thursdays and Sundays. This schedule allows us to meet the diverse needs of our customers, ensuring timely delivery regardless of their location.
Order Processing
Orders must be placed through our website. Our delivery partner, Fenix Gulf Scooters LLC, will pick up orders from our warehouse at the agreed time, ensuring that the delivery process starts smoothly and efficiently.
Delivery Attempts
Up to three delivery attempts will be made to ensure that the customer receives their order. If the customer is unavailable after three attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. This policy ensures that we make every effort to deliver orders while also managing our resources efficiently.
Cancellations and Returns
Orders can be canceled without charge if done before they are scheduled for delivery. If an order is canceled after being Out-For-Delivery (OFD), the full delivery fee will apply.
Product Quality and Liability
The Furniture Clinic is responsible for the quality of the products we deliver. Any issues or complaints regarding product quality should be directed at us. Our delivery partner, Fenix Gulf Scooters LLC, maintains insurance coverage for deliveries, with liability for lost or damaged items up to USD 50 per order. This ensures that our customers can trust in the quality and security of their orders.
Confidentiality
Both Furniture Clinic and Fusion Auto Concept will treat all confidential information obtained during the delivery process with care and will not disclose or use such information for purposes outside the scope of this agreement. This commitment to confidentiality protects our customers' privacy and business information.
